About Restocking Fees

A charge that we deduct from a refund when a returned item is not defective.

Product Warranty
All products come with a warranty detailed in the product information. If a warranty is not explicitly specified, it will automatically be subject to the Implied Warranty, as required by law, which applies for a duration of six months.

Power Supply Warranty
There is no warranty for surge damage on power supply units (PSUs), as they consist of electronic components vulnerable to electrical events like surges, load shedding, or brownouts. All PSUs are tested before shipping, and a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty is provided. Customers should thoroughly test the PSU upon receipt and report any issues within 72 hours.

Any item that is not custom designed can be exchanged or refunded within seven days, as long as there are no issues or defects.

A systematic method designed to evaluate a product's performance, quality, and suitability. The evaluation may take between 1 to 5 working days, after which a conclusion will be drawn based on the supplier any identified issues.

If a refund is requested an 20% restocking fee will be applied. (More info in the restocking fee Tab).

Defective or unsafe goods: Must be returned within 6 Weeks of delivery for a refund, repair, or replacement.

Goods from direct marketing: Consumers have a 3-day cooling-off period to cancel and return the product.

Goods not examined before delivery: If the product doesn’t match expectations or specifications, a full refund is required.

Mixed goods delivered: If incorrect items are included, the supplier bears the cost and risk of return.

Warranty & Guarantee Terms
Implied warranty of quality: All goods must be safe, durable, and of good quality. If not, consumers can return them within 6 months.
Repair warranties: Any parts used during repairs must carry a minimum 3-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Failure after repair: If the same defect reappears within 3 months, the supplier must replace or refund the item.
No General Right of Return
Consumers cannot return goods simply because they changed their mind or dislike the item. This is not a legal right, though some retailers may allow it voluntarily

We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, YOCO, and SNAPSCAN.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our returns policy.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items require full payment upfront.
These items are non-refundable unless defective.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
Discounts & Promotions
Promotions are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.
